Careful here guys. I have tried to resolve a dispute here and looks like they just will not pay. This really bothered me because I sort of liked Pino and I thought he took his reputation seriously, at least he did at one time. More details to follow.

Still looking into this whole FutureBet situation. I am told Pino has at least 4 other licenses besides Safari. I am still digging and don't want to post information that is not accurate but will advise on this as we go along. Anyway the one wth Safari seems pretty cut and dry, BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE MONEY THERE. This guy is not getting paid because he won. Not tossing him and paying him on the way out, just keeping his money. If anyone has more information they have on Safari or FutureBet pleasse send it to me at patrickmcirish@therx.com - thank you.

Pat,
I always had the impression that Pino had very very little bank to work with. He seemed nice enough, but he was out against some giant competition & sharp customers.

Just as with Ido, I couldn't do business with anyone named Pino. These two should get together.

I will be completely honest with you here. I was playing with Pino for about a year. I cashed out approx 10K from the guy (over the course of a year) before I was limited to $50 risk/bet. I played small to begin with. Even though it sometimes took several weeks to get paid, I was ALWAYS paid. Slow pay and no pay are two very different issues.

He was always very honest and upfront with me. Upon being limited to the $50 I w/d half my money and transferred to the other half to another futurebet book. Anyway, I hope this guy gets paid. This is very unlike Pino. He may be scared of action, but he really limits his risk so I dont see him as a thief.

Doc - I do not disagree with you entirely, I sort of liked the way he used to handle himself in the forums. In fact I must admit I have only heard from the player but he sounds awful legit. I have now written Pino and Safari Casino 5 times and yet to get ONE response. I was very nice about it too, just asked if we could discuss the issue. As I say I have no problems with a book showing you the front door or even cutting your limits, but you can not keep their money because they are only playing your "bad lines". We both know why people use this place but that is no reason to confiscate his money. Pay him and show him the door but this is wrong what he is doing. I would guess that is why he has ignored me on this from the beginning.

If the player does not mind I will post his exact story here and you tell me what you think since Pino will not respond.

Actually I was sending them to support@safaricasino but I am positive Pino has seen these. I had a number for them too but never got a return call. Doc this goes back 5 months. It is for less than one dime - $939!!! LOL. The feeling I get (again not talking to Pino) is this is one of those old fashioned pissing contests that Safari will not pay this man regardless of the circumstances. I say that because the player refers to he and Pino having problems in the past. From everything he has said there is no reason for him not to get paid and surely no reason not to answer me over the situation. Here's my 5th and final e-mail to him. As you can see even with getting answered I am STILL doing all can to find out why they wouldn't pay.....

Pino - just want to make 100% sure you are going to stiff this XXX XXXXXX guy and that is your final decision. I remember when you posted on the site you were very concerned about keeping a good name. You can't buy those. For that reason I want to make absolutely sure this is a final decision and one we can not work out somehow, at least tell me your side of it. If it final and you do not want to discuss it there is no need to respond to this e-mail. The player is convinced you have made up your mind not to pay him but I did want to try before I have to include you with books like BetFlamingo and other books of the like. You don't strike me as a book who would do this to his players.

Best of luck to you and your business but hope you would reconsider here and take care of this small debt. It's football and not worth it to let a small matter remain if it is possible it can be put to bed. Thanks for your time. Regards....

Doc - if you get hold of Pino and get this player taken care of I will be indebted to you. I am almost 100% sure Pino isn't paying him for 2 reasons.

Number# 1 - they are slow to move their lines and this guy was probably betting steam. None of them were bad numbers. The price he got was the same price everyone else had hanging 15 minutes earlier.

Number #2 - the one I suspect most is because he complained on here once he had not gotten paid in 3 months. I saw it myself his account # with the balance was "pending", next time we checked it was gone!!

As I said it probably pissed Pino off and he decided to teach this man a lesson. Just my gut feeling. If this is wrong and Pino pays this man I will delete the thread and apologize to him. Again all I care about is the players. You don't exact revenge these days by not paying out what you owe. I'm interested in what you and the others think on this.....

Worst book ever, I always knew Pino was a shit head and he had the nerve to get cute when I called him out.

The guy is partly to blame for playing there, I saw how "off" Safari's numbers were (esp basketball totals) and stayed away since I knew they would get heavy one sided action from middlers/steamers.

Another cheap shot at Safari. That is why I do not post here nor read this forum any longer. Docdekay sent me this thread and I thought I would respond. We have paid out all pending accounts. Yes Safari got hit on soft lines but we paid everyone period.
I may limit players and yes I may refuse action but when we lose we pay.

Pino - you are saying this guy was paid? I have correspondence from you to him, what is the cheap shot? I have been trying to get hold of you for a while now but you have avoided me.

The only cheap shot I can see is you are not paying this guy? What am I missing, I don't have any beef with your book, just wanted you to pay what you owe. I do admit I sent it to support but I did not have your exact e-mail account. How many people work there that 5 different e-mails addressed to Pino wouldn't get to you?
