Royal Sports has made its point : we are here to stay. Only a Solid shop survives the hectic times Royal Sports has encountered this past month. We do not regret having been challenged, as it has been the best way to prove that our reputation is deserved.

We are pleased to inform that several pending issues have been solved. All items related to the Oly deal have been cleared in a friendly and constructive way. Royal has fulfilled its financial obligations in favor of Oly .

Issues about departing Managers have been settled in an amicable way. Scotty Johnson is in receipt of his final payment today, whereas Marty Monroe will be in receipt of his final payment upon mutual satisfaction of internal paperwork requirement.

Royal Sports is also proud to inform that payouts have been processed and situation in back to normality. The last batch of pending payouts has been processed in these past hours. We sincerely apologizes with the customers who have experienced delays. These customers will be contacted in the coming days and will be offered a free match play as a tangible sign of appreciation for their patience.

As Football Season is about to start Royal Sports is hiring experienced ticket writers and Customer Service representatives to improve the quality of service provided to our Customers, the high level of service known as The Royal Treatment.

A Special word of gratitude and respect goes to our Customers, our Shareholders and our wonderful crew. They are Royal Sports.

Let me preface this by saying that I've never played over there. Hopefully this shop has ironed out all the wrinkles. I have seen shops with their foot half way in the grave who manage to climb out. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger.

Nice post Royal. You guys have done a good job in handling the payouts, although a bit slow and no money in neteller. Atleast you did pay. Is your neteller back up to a decent balance, or is it still empty? Thanks

I just spent some time speaking with Roberto. We discussed the Olympic deal, former emloyees, & some player issues which have been resolved.

We discussed personal opinions and exchanged some very good commentary about Royal. Roberto was very polite and professional in our conversation seemingly dedicated to making things work at Royal.

With such a strong history at Royal and the attitude that I felt in the phone conversation with Roberto, I can see & hope that there are bright days ahead for them.

As I explained to Roberto, if this sportsbook makes it through football and has no issues arise, then they can quickly shine again IMO. Hopefully a year from now, we will be praising this sportsbook for their determination.

We also agreed that their is no wrong in taking caution in that the problems were real and it is understood that it takes time to heal wounds.

Why would anybody even take a chance with a book that has experienced problems of this nature. I wish Royal the best of luck but if I don't feel 100% confident about a book, they will never see a penny of my money. Hey just my opinion, but I'll pass on Royal until I'm sure in my mind that it's worth the risk. Later

It's NO coincidence that you made this announcement about an hour after I posted this reply asking BUZZSAW for an update this morning.

What's going on with ROYAL ????

Royal those are nice words you wrote in your announcement and Roberto is a Slick and sincere sounding salesman but so far those are only words. Let's see if you can make them a REALITY.

I'd still like to get an update from SBR/Buzzsaw about this annoucement and if he can confirm if you HAVE resolved all PAST-DUE debts as you have stated and if you recieved the $1 Million from your investor that you stated you were in receipt of 30 days ago.

Intuition why do you have such a hard on for royal? I am not a big fan of royal especially because they dont keep there neteller funded and have chopped a lot of the old school guys who ran the book without pay. But just wondered because I know you are in Curacau and may have some inside info or just may be an agenda.

ROYAL BULLSHIT They are full of shit. They havent paid anyyone yet. They are giving everyone the runaround. They are hoping to stay in biz long enough to steal more money from people during the football season.

It seems BUZZSAW doesn't want to comment on any of this which is NOT a good sign.

I am one of the customers who had been waiting for some withdrawals. I received one check already (2 weeks after request) and another one is on the way (I have the DHL tracking number). (It was sent out but not received yet). The latest one was sent out around 11 days after my request. Royal sent me an e-mail with the tracking number and apologizing for the delay. I am assuming that the checks are good. When I receive the latest check and it is the correct amount, I will post again. In my opinion and from my experience, they (Royal) are honoring their commitments (albeit a bit slow) despite their recent, and hopefully rectified, problems. I would not hesitate to bet with them again...

Purely from a player's perspective who has an account at Royal and left it unfunded after football, and who checks their lines from time to time, why would I personally want to re-up with them considering how standard their lines are? I mean, Royal used to have some value, but to my eye these days they look like just another vanilla shop. Why on earth would I want to post up again when other reputable shops offer a lot more value?

I miss the old Royal, but the only tune I'm humming so far these days is 'Thanks for the Memories' ...

Can someone clue me in quickly as to why they were having so much trouble. From what I can tell they dont offer excessive bonuses or gamble with lines or anything. SO what was the problem, and why did they look to be acquired?

I probably don't know anything more than anyone else.

There were some lingering rather large slow pays that all have tracking/control numbers and should be received on Monday. If they are, then Royal will have accomplished basically all requirements except provide proof that player liabilities are ounder control of Royal management (not the Dutch ownership).

So far Royal is on course.
pay past management - resolved
eliminate legal liability - resolved
pay all players - pending (believed to be resolved on Monday)
pay all other outstanting payables - unknown
replinsh cash account - awaiting word
