Hopfully you won't be out of town like I was and think that because you have your Neteller Debit card loaded that the ATM will let you withdrawl it.
After searching around Pismo Beach for banks/atm's I found 6 atm machines with the "STAR system" that all failed except for one that I found at In and Out burger that worked but had a cap of $200.
Very fustrating experiance...I just called Neteller and had my debit card funds put back into my reg. neteller account and then from there I will just deposit to my local bank and use there 100% reliable,bulletproof debit card.
