List the books that "time-out" here!!

One week of Football and I'm already aggravated with the books which "time out" in less than 10 minutes!!!

I'm sure there is a correlation as to why Olympic, WSEX and Sportsbook.com don't time us out and how big of client base they have!!!
Other solid books like Pinnacle and Bowmans "time out" in around an hour which is fine!!!

I'm just amazed that a book can't give us enough time to make a sandwich and hit the "reading room" and come back without having to login again!!

This was quickly my #1 gripe when I got involved in online betting years ago and it pisses me off even more today!!!
I've learned along the way that ANY book can adjust their timer but DON'T/WON'T for whaever reason!!

So please list your books that times you out in under 10 minutes!!!

Here I will start: PCI, Bluegrass, Diamond and Skybook!!!

Probably easier to list the books who don't time you out rather than the one's who do. To add to your list I know CanBet doesn't time you out either.

The IGW books timeout, and worse - when you log back in their silly dropdown betting menus have buggy javascript (only when you timeout for some odd reason) that doesn't let you get to the page you were on when you timed out (usually, sometimes it actually works) ...

this drives me nuts.

IGW is the company that built the software for VIP, WWSB, Gameday, Sunnysports, Bet19, Sirbet & eWinners (possibly more that I don't know).

Timeouts are a pain in the arse for sure. I am not a big fan, but it has been explained as a necessary tool for the books.

General...why isn't it a necessary tool for WSEX or the Olympic or Sportsbook.com or Pinnacle or Bowmans or Intertops or Canbet?

I will NOT play at a book that times me out unless it has something very unique!!!!
Now from my list above, Diamnond doesn't have anything unique but I beat their brains out so bad during the NBA playoffs, I've just stayed

So please General or any bookie where his site times out, please explain that "TOOL" to me!!

Books that cannot or do not want to afford the beating they could take with steam players have timeouts. It saves them the trouble/time/money of having to monitor the boards so tight. If the lines are being refreshed and a timeout is in place, then the steam players have less of a chance to pound the slow moving number. The bigger books that do not have timeouts are not afraid because they have the better financial backing and probably bet too, so the concern is not as prominent, but the smaller shops take steps to try and stay around longer.

Hell they are at the top of the page of recommended books here!! Should we be cautious of them since they time-out?

NO book needs to time us out in SEVEN minutes!!!

The amazing part to me here is...with all the looks at this topic and very limited replies, it tells me that the posters here are pretty much squares!!! Most probably have just one book and the bet and leave!!!
But From a "players" point of view, there is NO reason for us to have to fade a timer!!!

I just went and tossed the clothes from the washer to the dryer, reloaded my drink, hit the head and then had to login again at 4 books!!

All Books should be able to set it at reasonable amount of time.....even 30 minutes!!
But seven minutes is bullshit!!!
