they send me an email today on the nfl season win totals. in the email they have:

redskins 8.5
bears 6.5

just went to www.betcris.com and:

redskins 8
bears 7.5

With a database as large as CRIS's, bulk email takes over 24 hours to send out. I got that email yesterday morning.

It is possible that line got hit by many of the customers early on in the emailing list. I don't know that is the case but it is a possiblity.

i guess its possible gringo but, i have been watching the totals at the other books (pinnacle, olympic, etc) and they haven't moved. typically, you will see a move in the price but not the number. for a total to move from 6.5 to 7.5, even if in 24 hours, seems very unlikely.

I would think it would cause them more complaints than it's worth to pull a bait and switch. Obviously if someone goes there for a certain number they aren't going to bet a different one.

Seems like more trouble than anything else.

Maybe the email was created by the graphics department a couple of days before it went out.

Thats funny Gringo! You would also think stealing back rebate dollars and stiffing post-up players would not be worth the complaints they would receive but CRIS did it anyway. What CRIS probably did was use their opening WIn Total #'s which are outdated and send it out via e-mail. It is deceptive advertising, does'nt matter if its intential or not.

A bonus is just that, a bonus. Everyone that has ever played at CRIS has gotten paid.
