BP - I have no beef with any of these guys involved, I hope it gets resolved if that is still possible. As far as Russ goes I remember commenting when he expressed reluctance about BL even having a sick father. It was in a thread where he called him a thief, liar, scumbag etc... Even with the other stuff the part about his father not being sick stood out because I did not think it was appropriate. I still feel that way, if a guy is proven to be a thief and a scammer there is still no reason to say he is lying about a sick parent. That's my view. I am sure I have many posts that Russ doesn't agree with so take it for what it's worth. I may be sensitive about family because I have lost both my parents and an older brother who was 42 at the time. It changed me forever. Anyway I have no problem with Russ now and want to keep it that way if I can. I wouldn't say we are best friends but it is best if he and I can talk if we need to, it would be bad if a player got caught in the middle somehow and suffered over a problem between the sites. No reason to go back and replay old comments about this situation, I know some people like to do that to say "I told you so" but I'd rather move forward.
As far as Black Lab goes he has never done anything to me personally. I never bashed him because he never gave me any reason to. He's had his chat room for a while and I have only gone twice if I am not mistaken, and I knew of it long before I worked here. I can't vouch for him as I have no financal dealings with him but in the last 1 1/2 half he has never approached me about money. That's all I can say. It sounds like a cliche but I treat people the way they treat me. If he owes Moneyline/Sledge and whoever I really hope he takes care of it.
