Why doesn't he first start addressing gambling in college? First, require all college Network Admins to install software on there firewall to block all "gambling related" sites ... hell let's block their porn sites too ...
oh, and how come EVERY university has a campus bookie, but we only hear about 1 or 2 getting busted per year?? We have them chasing bookies all over Central America back to the states, but they can't get some broke college kid to tip them off on the local???
