My final word on this whole RIO saga..

Here is all you will ever need to know about all that has occurred here. 2 months ago, my acct was locked there, and at NETeller. I knew Clevfan had said something, even though she swore on her kids' head several times to my face that she didn't.(show's you what kinda person this is). So then, even though i knew the whole time I did NO fraud, RIO decided to NOT PAY me at all. Now for those of you who think that I came to forums to try to get my money, well, you're all wrong.. It was when Clevfan decided to put it in here, and i now had to defend my innocence. I had wanted to settle this off the forums with Mike at RIO and I was offering a settlement, even though I knew I was 100% in the right, but he refused. So then I called Ken and told him to talk to them seeing he was tight with RIO, and I even offered Kenny 5k if he can get me my money, and he refused any cash from me. So when that thread came out worldwide, along with my name and all, I decided that I will now fight this thing, and get my money in full and prove to the world that I am indeed innocent. So we decided to have a trial, and as you see, even though I only needed 1 vote, i ended up getting 11 of 12 votes favoring me. Not only that, 94% of posters agreed here with me, and when NETeller was the final issue, and being accused of having David Kahane fired, all that came in my favor to clinch my case, as NETeller agreed I am legit, and David was NEVER fired..

Yes, i know there are about 25-30 people who are bashing me and calling me a scammer, go ahead boys, call me what you want, i can take it. I laugh at you all.. What about the other 400 or so posters who NEVER once called me a scammer. If you noticed, not one book ever came in and accused me of being a scammer. And i have played at every book here, and they all know me. Why is it that everyone that is name calling me, are not a respected poster. That is bec if you noticed, every respected poster is on my side. It's all you losers who have nothing better to do than to try to make me look bad, but like i said, I could care less about you.. The bottom line is.. I won, and I feel in my heart that I did NOT scam anyone, and I was legit, playing for some buddies who wanted to make money with me and ride along. Sorry if any of you feel i did. Remember, i was only here bec of one miserable woman who decided since i treated her so bad for many months, why not try to get even somehow.


Now i will assure you one thing, had this decision went against me, RIO still would've been getting bashed because i know the people behind me would have done the right thing and fight for me, so that is why RIO was in a no win situation. It's the same 25 here now bashing me and RIO, but had i lost, it might have been worst. That is why it was a no win situation for RIO. No matter who wins, RIO gets it.. Now in all fairness to RIO, i do want to be honest how this deal came up, bec i noticed some of you saying that I should have NEVER got the bonus, well, RIO did NOT want to pay me my bonus of 8k originally. But that is when I decided, i said, hey, i just went through 4 days of trial, I proved my innocence.. NO WAY do I deserve to lose 8k. I have done NOTHING wrong, i gave you 400k in action, it is not fair. So then I made a deal with RIO that if they give me the 8k, which i feel i was owed, I would give them action that would roll out of their ears. I told them i would give them tons of NFL and baseball action and remain with them for a lot more action, and we came to an agreement, thanks to our mediator, Kenny the Shrink.. So RIO was nice enough to accept it, even though they did originally not want to pay the bonus, which is what some of you thought I shouldn't have gotten. And I will be a good customer to RIO for this.. I guess RIO knew then that I wasn't really out to get them with the bonus only by offering to be a long time customer, so they honored this. IMO, I earned that bonus from all my 623 posts I did in 4 days of answering questions from 500 diff people charging me. And by the way, I am only down to 1 name now and will only use my own name from now on and not any of my buddies, which doesn't bother me at all..

I'd like to thank Ken for helping me out here and acting as mediator. He spent a lot of time with me on this, and I am very proud to be associated with this site, as it proved to me that there really exists a watchdog site..

I'd also like to thank RIO for being a stand up book and honoring this deal. I know I never scammed them and I feel that they feel the same too as I would have NEVER got this deal had they thought i did. I am just very happy to be playing with a book like RIO that is as solid and professional as them, and not have to worry about my money not being safe. I look forward to giving them my action for the next little while.

I'd also like to thank Clevfan for putting this on the forums and helping me collect all my money, rather than none or half. Thanks to you now Clevfan, my life is so much better. Last night I celebrated by taking my lovely new lady to that restaurant I took you here, and we had 2 bottles of wine too amongst us. The bill came out to 270. I gave the waiter (enrique) an 80 dollar tip. He then was so happy, he said, tank you mr, tank you mr.. So i told him, I said, enrique, pls, you dont have to thank me, you have to thank Clevfan, because she paid for this all, not me. BTW Clevfan, those scallops were great.. and those Jumbo shrimps...ummmm ummmm. Thanks again Clevfan..Thanks for trying to rat me out.. and bringing it to forum, because you only got me everything, instead of a settlement, which was all i wanted so I can move on.. You see Clevfan, The good lord was on my side. He did what was right. What goes around, comes around.. and Justice Prevailed here. God doesn't like people who pull stunts like this..KARMA baby. Now all you did was just make yourself look like a real mean vicious lady. People will NEVER look at you the same way again. We've all seen your true colors, and you can thank yourself for this Jacqueline. I hope you feel good now.. I see you dont post anymore.. It's been 4 days now, as you were all over me here 3 days ago with the questions and telling me game over Sick Gambler. and when you saw everyone on my side, i never saw you again.. good move. keep putting up those boring articles at MW that no one reads, and thats it, because you have screwed up your life now.. And have a few cigs on me. Wait a sec.. i have to burp.. wait..... .. wait.. ... (burp!!!).. oh geez, that one tasted like Garlic.. oh yeah, that's right, that's the garlic shrimps that you paid for me from yesterday.. They were just great Clevfan, thanks. I just gave my gardner a 40 dollar tip just now, and he said, thank you so much, and i said, Gino, don't thank me sir, thank Clevfan, she paid for it.. And thanks to your free cash you got me, I went out today with Louise for a great steak lunch on you, and when the 94 dollar bill came in, I gave my waiter (Manuel) 125 total. He then said. oh mr, thank you so much.. I then said.. hey manny baby, don't worry about it, don't be thanking me, thank Clevfan. She's the one that paid for this all, not me..

I'd also like to thank all you great posters here at rx who were on the trial and voted for my innocence..

I'd like to also thank every poster who took the time to hear my side and if you decided I was innocent, which i am, i want to say thank you. And if you decided i was GUILTY, i still say thank you to you, as I do respect your opinion..Wait a sec,, omg, omg, I have to burp again, wait.. sorry... wait.. sorry.. (buuuuuuuurp!!) ahhhhhhh, that was good, omg, it tasted like that t-bone steak i had today.. Thanks clevfan.. that was one helluva great steak.. and Louise says thank you too for that meal..

I would like to also thank my mom and dad for bringing me into this world, because if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be here today..

And last but not least, I'd like to thank the Almighty God and savior Jesus Christ for making me win this case and making the world realize that Justice was served, and there is such thing as justice if you just get the chance to give your side and let the world listen, and let them decide, which they did.

So like i said, i know some of you will still bash me, but pls, feel free to do so, as this will NOT bother me at all, as i know that i will move on from this and know in my mind that I can live in peace with myself because I know i NEVER scammed anyone. It's OK you got paid. I truly believe you should not have been paid all of it, atleast the not bonus portion.

How do you feel about all the players that think it's OK to try and open accts in others names. You have to admit alot are looking at ways to open accts in the their brothers and cousins names and calling it legit you must acquit.

I would love to see 200 posters sign up at RIO and get 15% cash over a 5x rollover, or a 20% cash over a 6x rollover. NO WAY in the long run they beat RIO with this deal. Let them even open 12 accts. RIO has the better deal here, and if they do scalp their way out of it, RIO should end up the winners and the other books with the weak lines will lose bec RIO is not easy to beat on the moves and their lines are sharp..

Hey rio, dont forget to throw me a bone here if you get these losers trying to do this. And out, try to give them 400 dimes in action like me, and tell me it's that easy to beat them out of the bonus.

i think its going to be tough now bec rules are changing. IP's are checked now, and NETeller only allows on name per IP.. If you pull this off, like i said, I wont feel bad for RIO, but i will feel bad for the other books, bec you will end up hurting other books badly if you decide to scalp out your money.

Why would RIO care..

You send 10k, you get 20% cash.. You now have to rollover 12k x 6= 72,000 in action..

if you roll over 72k and lose 4.5%, you will lose 3240 to rio, which will only leave you 8760 from your 10 dimes you sent, meaning you lose money to RIO.. But you'd beat the other books bec they will be slow to move numbers and all, that's if you're trying to scalp your way out.

Nice job Sick. You got what you deserved. I'm sorry you had to go through all this to get what you were entitled to after you me all of Rio's acton requirements, etc., etc. Thanks for telling your story. I just wish I was as lucky when Omni/Little Nasa stoled 25k from me.
