Also, is there something in the air in Ohio and Pittsburgh that causes what we saw today. (Not to compare them in any way but this, but were not the owners of ESB from one of those areas.)
One other comparision--books that do little advertizing: (Cris and Carib). Both government troubles.
Carib remains the best for customer service and I sincerely hope they survive this!
