Nothing has changed that is news worthy. Some of management was paid and some money was received. SBR asked for confirmation of the $1 million investment from the Dutch investors but so far have not received anything.
SBR has had Royal on th Black List since July 1st w/ a D- rating. I think the rating is still fair.
I guess my opinion is that this ownership group will not fund the operation to the degree necessary. Royal may be able to limp along but at some point will be forced to sell. There are a couple of standing offers but no where close to what Oly was offering.
One possible scenario is that the Dutch refuse all low-ball offers and run the operation into the ground. That's possible but very doubtful. <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
