iNET Software

I have a problem with a sportsbook that uses iNET software and I was hoping that the software would reocrd the customers ip address for every wager theat he places over the internet.

When I ran a report last night I saw a wager that was twice as much as my bet size. Sometimes people make mistakes so thought maybe that was my mistake. The problem is the bet size is also twice as much as the books maximum limit so I cannot have placed that wager over the internet and maybe it was entered manually!

I was hoping that the software would record, save and attach the customers ip address to every wager the customer places in the database but apparently the software does not do that. Thats what their customer service rep told me. I was wondering if any book that uses this software can verify that!

thanks

Something i snot right about this book. Now, the customer service rep tells me I placed the wager because the wage in question and two other wagers were on the same ticket!

When I run the reports the wagers have different id numbers. I ask him to copy and paste whats on his screen and email it to me to make sure. I want to be sure. He says the software doesnt allow him to copy and paste. I ask him to do a print screen to save the image and copy it to his email software and send it to me but he says he cant!

By the way this is supposed to be one of the good books

He says the software doesnt allow him to copy and paste. Isnt it funny how they lie to you???

He says the software doesnt allow him to press print screen to save the image to memory and then copy it to his email software!

You can't cut and paste tickets from the I-Net system. Of course, it is silly for the guy to say he can't take a screen shot. Maybe he is just an idiot.

Is is possible to highlight what you want to copy and then press CONTROL-C??

Does it record/save your ip address for every wager you place?

Inet does not tag each wager you make with your ip. It does record the ip of your most recent login. If you get to talk to a tech you can have him search the webserver logs and that does have a record of the ips that have accessed your account and the time it was done.

Hope this helps
