i believe he told me can get out as early as october. to show you how stupid the system is - if he had said he had a drug problem (which he didn't - but if he had lied and said he did) and had gone thru a drug abuse prevention program to rid himself of his drug problem - he could have gotten out in july (or in other words - NOW)

winkyduck...........FYI..yes always take ALL programs offered ie. drug classes, education, anger management, ect...

feds think your trying to "turn over a new leaf" when you take all thats offered........

Jay Cohen will be getting released to a halfway house around mid Feb.04. His actual release date is about two months later. I'm sure you will be hearing from him then.

Jay should consider writing a book. With his intelligence and background, it would be a best seller!
