RIO & SICK GAMBLER SETTLE DISPUTE THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!!!

In a shocking development that was resolved in the wee hours of the morning today, both RIO and SICK GAMBLER settled their dispute with "yours truly" acting as a mediator...

In my opinion, RIO's final decision epitomizes why they are amongst the ELITE sports books in the realm of offshore sports betting.

Rather than punish SICK GAMBLER for using multiple accounts, RIO admits to having read all of the evidence presented in our mock trial thread here on this forum before reaching its final decision.

Then, after a long conference call involving RIO, SICK GAMBLER, and myself, RIO decided to pay SICK GAMBLER ALL of the money he had earned, including the BONUS money!

This was a shocking decision, in light of the fact that Sick Gambler clearly used multiple accounts when betting with RIO...

However, when we all looked at SICK GAMBLER'S intention, no one could prove that he was out to SCAM this fine sports book.

I'd like to applaud evey poster who contributed in that thread, as well as all of our moderators, who also did a fantastic job of moderating...

RIO and SICK GAMBLER both conducted themselves in a professional manner on the phone and I applaud them both for making my job as mediator a relatively easy one...

It should also be pointed out that SICK GAMBLER still has an active account with RIO and plans to continue using them...

JJ is going to be pissed. Ken told him that $3.00 a day was the top rate. JJ negotiated up to $3.10 and was really pleased with himself. But what's new about that?

Rio is a CLASS act.
Sick is a classic bonus whore scammer.

I wouldn't NEVER have paid him due to the VERY SIMPLE fact that Sick could have just as easily bet with ONE account (like he was supposed to) and did seperate accounting sheets for his 10 "friends", but then again - there were no signup, referral & reload bonuses to be "had".

Anyways - Rio GREAT job, but I'm sorry you had to get scammed in order to keep this scam-happy crowd pleased.

Sick - scum like you ruin the industry.

The more I think about it I figure a 10% finder's fee in order for the jurors. Let's see, 10% of app. 27,000 is 2700 a juror times 12 jurors equals app $32,400. That means SG only losses about $5400.00 for winning his case. Damn, just like the real world.

This is not my only speech I will make for all this, as I will be coming up with an official statement later on.

But for now, I'd like to really thank RIO and The Shrink and all you people here at RX who was patient enough to hear my side, and I am very happy with the result, as I really never scammed anyone.. I look very forward to playing with RIO and give them my action, and I know I will feel safe that i am playing with a solid book that is as honorable as RIO.

I am just happy that I won this case, as i told you all 5 days ago that I will be proven innocent, and that the only reason I was here was only bec of one evil woman named Clevfan who tried to take me down bec she didnt get her way..

Like I said, there will be my official speech upcoming soon...This one is not it. Thanks again boys.. to you Ken, and to you guys at RIO.

Well I guess reading this news, my first thought is , RIO didn`t have anything else to add to what was brought to the table in the trial, WHICH IN MY OPINION MAKES THAT TRIAL EVEN MORE SIGNIFICANT.....Only being able to get a limited amount of information on what exactly he did wrong made me wonder that there had to be more to it...

In the end I guess all the evidence was on the table, so as judge of the trial of the century (albeit 3 years old

) I RULE IN FAVOR OF SICKGAMBLER AND WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE IN A SMALL WAY AS I CONTINUED TO WONDER OUTLOUD IF ALL THE EVIDENCE WAS IN....Sick never wavered and in the end he was aquitted .He should be admired in that his story never changed...
