I have ZERO concerns here. Same as it always has been for me.

If you are going to play, you may have to pay.

Anyone who allows this bill to interfere with their current wagering need not gamble offshore anyway. Another example of the government trying to throw the ol' scare tactic out there and they will succeed on a small basis. That small % will allow then to say, "we accomplished something".

Anyone that thinks the US gov. is going to go to Costa Rica, Antigua, etc etc. after the sportsbook in another country--DEFINATELY NEEDS HELP> This bill (Senate version--banking committee) is aimed at the US player.

I just hope to God that the House version with No Criminal Penalties is the one that survives!

Not understanding what your saying here General? When your say "you may have to pay" what do you mean? Pay with your possible freedom?

Whether one is selling drugs, laundering money, drinking and driving, gambling, prostituting, speeding, etc....

I use that phrase often. There is not much I do not condone, or make my business but when we do things that we know are wrong and cannot accept the punishment that may come, then we shouldn't be playing/acting these ways. As in tax evasion. Many never report winnings,,,,

They should be prepared to pay if caught.

In the Marine Corps, they called it "Taking responsibility for your actions"
