Is it possible to reason with our lawmakers, and have them make a distinction between Games of Skill:
-Poker
-Sportsbetting
-Horses
and the yahoos who are ruining it for us by playing games of chance with credit on a Fixed roulette wheel in Antigua?
Or is this wishful thinking?
