da state consensual sexual activity but not consenual sexual intercourse
there was physical injuries and lying to the police

is oral sexual activity-think so


if there isnt any vagina or anal tears, rips or signs of rape and just neck or shoulder injuries this is a waste of taxpayers money

Now I do believe, if my memory serves me correctly that our former Prez. established the princible that "oral sex is not sex".

I read somewhere today that courts have agreed that someone can be considered guilty of rape even after sex has begun if one partner says to stop. So that would be fit right in with this case. I would love to see the court try to determine what the "grace period" is there. Say you are doing it and the girl says no, if you hit it another 5 seconds is that rape???

Pretty soon there will be laws saying its rape if you should have known the girl didn't want to have sex, but couldn't say no because she was having a weak moment or something.
