Shrink, if you took a second and read into what one of your poster's took the time to type out you would figure out that one of your poster's was looking for an explanation as to why the site was down "again" and not a blow off response as such the one you gave.
There has got to be a good reason why people can't log in here, either you were hacked "again" or your having problems with info pop; in which case, If I were you, I would fire them and move on to another hosting site.
You guys do way to much to get poster's to lose them to competitors.
Not trying to bash here, just looking for a straight answer.
