"The Parliament of Curacao has passed laws which regulate and tax Internet gaming operations. In WSSB’s licensing agreement, WSSB is required, by law, to maintain an escrow account with funds on deposit that exceed the amount of all active wagers. You can rest assured that your winnings will always be paid. "

I just read this on the Wall Street Super Book (VIP affiliate) website.

Is this true about the required escrow account ?? If true, how come there have been books in Curacao that have gone down - are there different (quality) levels of licensing agreements with the Curacao government (wherein some lesser books with a "weaker" agreement aren't required to maintain escrow accounts)??

If so, it is very new or not enforced. I would applaud any such move by the government of Curacao. There are no quality levels of the licenses.
