they have a habit of changing their rollover requirements at time of initial deposit and re-upping.

I seem to be one of the few who like them. The only problem i have is that you have to call before noon to ask for a payout and then you have to wait until 6 to get the money. I'd give them an 8

I tried to call them earlier and wanted to ask for more info of the company. The girl answered the phone asked me if I have an account with them. I said no and was immediately transferred to a guy named Carl/Karl. He told me he has two people holding and asked my phone number so that he can call me back in 2 minutes, No just 1 minute he said. I then told him I will wait or I will call back. He replied with this is the procedure when signing up new customer, they need to know our phone # in order to avoid any money laundering. ( BS ) I told him I just wanted to know more about the company and they should know my info once I signed up with them. He said he will not give me any info until he knows my ph #, I told him don't worry about it, and he said good luck and hung up on me. My advice is stay far away from them or you will receive many phone calls from them all day long until get your money.

Journeyman:

I can't stand book that advertise such high bonus deals, with all the "loopholes" and "fine print", in there, because they know in advance 90+% of the players won't be able to jump thru all the hoops to qualify.

That's the kind of stuff that keeps FF from making it any higher in my quality ratings.

Rather deal with a book that has a simple to qualify for bonus, and pays it without any complaints.

They paid me a big figure last year but they don't like sharp action ( who does? ) They have a sister book payoff plus that has some of the best parlay odds I have seen. They consolidated my payoff plus and FF account after I started winning but in the end they did pay. I would play with them again.

Sounds right to me.. My original rating was 7.5

IF they would cut out some of their "fictious" non achievable bonus ads, and the cold calling crap, I'd rate them 8.5 - 9.0 - BECAUSE THEY PAY.

I've been with First Fidelity for 8 years now and I've had NO problems with them calling. Only thing I see is they advertise a 20% re-up on all upgrades but Actually they only give 10% on every upgrade you send unless your in the black! If your down with them they give cash bonuses! If you pull 3000$ out they'll give you a bonus after you upgrade for the total of 3000$ or more which sounds fair to me! I'm not a bonus whore! First Fidelity pays great! you can withdraw up to 3 times in a seven day period, if you withdraw 4 times in a seven day period there is a 50$ surcharge which is cool by me! NEVER had a problem collecting, yes you wait till 6pm to get control # but it will ALWAYS be there! Love betting horses there to til I hit a 2000$ place parlay on the Meadowlands and soon after that they stopped taking Meadowlands action, lol! Otherwise I think they rate a 9 or 10!

jls626,
First Fidelity was part of Tradewinds from 1998 to 2000 before going out on their own. I think First Fidelity does a good job and have heard only negative comments regarding their VERY aggressive marketing. I think they would rate a 6 but the ability to pay is a 10. They are one of many good books for the average $50 to $500 player and they offer big bonuses tied to handle. They discourage sharp action and pretty much follow the DB screen to prevent the board chasers from getting a play.
Good Luck to All
