The accuser was at a party days after the alledged attack and was bragging about the size of Kobes unit, would a true rape victim act that way days later. This was verified by 5 people at the party. Would a rape victim be out at a party days after the incident? It really doesn't add up.

Out, first of all IF that happened it was July 15, 2 weeks later. The story didn't seem to say whether she was "bragging" or making fun of his "unit". Not that I really care about the size of his unit. She could have beem making fun of him as her way of coping in that situation when asked. Doesn't prove anything to me other than she may be a somewhat unstable. Unstable people are still capable of being raped. I will let the facts come forward and then make a determination.

Come on, think about it. Would a victim of rape go out to a party days later and talk about the rapists unit to a group of people. A rape victim would stay away from people for awhile. This doesn't add up.

Does it make sense to say most women would not even talk about having sex with a man to a group of people? Seems way off for the accuser to speak of the unit publicly so soon, if at all.

identity, dont be a simpleton, people have different strategies of coping with lifes circumstances, a girl going public on a rape charge against such a powerfull and rich celebrity, and exposing to her circle of friends the reality of her rape, is more than justified to joke about it as a means of coping, it's not that easy for a young girl to be confronted with her acquentenses knowledge that she was raped. Think about it.
