I signed up on-line last week and gave them all my information. Then called to find out thy address to send my cashier's check. The background noise in the office sounded like a New Year's Eve party. The nice lady started to read off my own address so I stopped her and said "What is the address of SportBet so I can send you money." She didn't understand. After one more round of asking for the address she said she would e-mail it to me in 5 minutes and double checked my e-mail address. Nine days later no e-mail. My money has since gone to other books since I can't trust my bankroll with an outfit like that.

They took away my bonus because I didn't play "actively" for over the month that they require you to keep your money in. I played more than the required turnover and held my money well more than a month, but I wasn't "active" enough.

I'm fairly sure I'm not the first one they've done this to.

They also require that you call them from home to get your first withdrawal.

Too much hassle to have to fight for your bonus and your withdrawal. Their lines are uninteresting anyways.

I'm sorry you guys but anyone who puts there money in a book and pulls it out in less than 60 days is ASKING to get your bonus jacked. Just keep it in there 1 sports season. If you really have to hedge it out somewhere with pinnacle even if you don't like a side just to give them action to keep your account active
