Solid sources.......they aren't 100% sure as to what the charge will be, but he's going to court on this one.
If you really want to run with the rumor, it's going to be 1st degree SA...........at this point, they are just "making sure".

I frankly can't stand the cocky S.O.B. and still say Tracy Mcgrady is better overall, but.......... There's no doubt that the girl we're dealing with here is very smart and one of those "independent bitch@s", that saw a perfect opportunity to frame somebody famous, while dollars signs "flowed" through her head!......$$$$$$$$
The question of rape is an interesting double edged sword. Almost every girlfriend I've ever had would get totally offended if I were to suggest that, when we first had sex, she wanted it just as much as I did. It would be almost like calling her a whore. But if the man wants it more, then the woman is not giving 100% consent, right? And so it falls into the fuzzy zone of possible rape, no? And this is what happens when you do what the woman wants!
