If a book offering NICKEL-OVERNIGHT lines for MLB, alternate run lines, an infinity of props nobody else deals, unique lines and solid fast payout is a crap book; then for Christsake, don't fvcking play there.

Its good they do all those things, but their casino is nothing but thieving. I try to talk to their customer service reps about a serious problem and they laugh and make jokes about it. It isnt hard to see why some grown adults are working $2 an hour jobs. These are grown adults who make less than half of what a 14 year old kid working at Burger King makes. What else should I expect ?

I had 2 problems.
First I lost 17 straight hands of BlackJack without ever winning 1 single hand. Then I log into my account and find that I had a winning play graded as a loss. They did fix the mis grade , but gave no apologies or sympathy and pretty much laughed and said oh well.
Then I thought I would mention the casino BS while I was at it. I told her I lost 17 straight hands which is more than just a matter of bad luck and she said something like "geez you must not be very good" . I told her the dealer got BlackJack at least 10 times which means I couldnt win no matter what and she said Oh Well Too bad.
It was really just about the unprofessional arrogant attitude that was displayed by 2 different C/S reps more than the $200 I lost. However, I would expect her to have a more serious attitude over the loss of $200 since this represents about 2 months pay for her.

I asked her what she would do if the book failed from poor C/S. She said she would just move home back to Atlanta no big deal.
