A little patience my friend, it goes a long way.... Since you cannot call, I understand you would not have received a response if I am away, but please let a person rest a little before flaring the forums.
You behave as if we've never resolved anything for you timely. I have proof we have, both on the phone and emailed. I resent the need to state you do not get prompt reply with this thread.
The posters here can attest to our speed in responding emails and threads on this forum. Some days we do have to rest and attend to our personal needs. Please be patient. You will receive reply to your personal email soon.
