I clicked on Plummer before even reading the entire poll, and seing Erickson on there. That's a tough one. The 9ers organisation are a bunch of punks and will be breathing down his neck from day one. But I imagine Plummer s feeling abit more heat than he is. Griese was a decent quarterback, they axed him because "decent" isn't nearly good enough in Denver, they want another ring. Not that S.F. is any different.

Jake the Snake is widely regarded as a bust and it won't be that much of a surprise if he fails in Denver. Since most Bronco fans weren't in love with Griese, who replaced the immortal Elway, don't think there is that much pressure on him, especially with the running game.
Erickson on the other hand replaces a very successful coach who basically was kicked out by some know-it-all management. If the Niners go 7-9, the howls will be heard all the way to Giants Stadium from the pro-Mariucci crowd.
