WORST sportsbook software

1. I would have to say Platinum Sports.
2. The shitty download software that Jazz and its affiliates use is not much better

I take iNET (Grande, Las Palmas, Bowmans, Gamblers Avenue,...) over the 5 second timeout garbage that rio, skybook, cascade, heritage, casablanca, mvp, ... are using any day.

to Bowmans for making the right choice. Leeny and casablanca didnt do their homework.

I have been using Inet for almost a year now. I must say I DO NOT recomend it for anyone. My experience with it has been horrible. The software is full of glitches and not stable.

GamblersAvenue CS. I believe you when you say they have an office full of techs working... they must to constantly fix things. Every upgrade that we've had ends up with 2-3 weeks of problems popping up. Every time I've called them I've run into problems. They act as if it is MY fault that their software gives problems, like I'm inventing them just to annoy them. I've had three separate conversations that went like this:

"X problem happened"

"That can't happen"

"It did"

"I don't think so"

They react as if I'm an idiot making shit up just to annoy them.

The worst event was when we erased a game with over $50,000 in bets pending. That's right, erased it. What kind of software lets you erase a game with pending bets just by pressing a key?

Their service is bad, particualrly on weekends, which are our heaviest days.

They do have a lot of reports available, but nothing that is not available with other softwares.

INET is bad. You can tell it is badly designed. When you start to visualize what the growth pattern is in their software it begins to look like a fungus. They have no plan, they just keep constantly patching a bad product.

iNET is good.
It doesnt log me off every 2 seconds!

personally, i like the software that rio, skybook, cascade, heritage, casablanca, mvp use.

i have never had a problem with it at all. seems very easy to navigate and is very user friendly imo.

i agree with dogg and the wimp on this one inet

i've used the software before and i repeat inet

the company that i work with is now installing the same software that mvp, pinnacle and many more books are using.

Although in this last post you don't actually bash the book, you're already showing your pattern of behaviour. First, you ask about a book, then you point out that the software SUCKS. Then you ask why are they NOT using I-Net, then you SCHILL for them.

Now, don't get me wrong. I-Net has proved to quickly becoming one more choice in the market. many books are using it; I have "test driven" the software myself and believe me: it's still primitive.

I know there are a lot of people working on it and I hope they become the #1 option when it comes to software.

What is definitely not cool, is:
1. You starting smear campaigns against books that do not use I-Net, the software company you are schilling for. So far, you have included rio, skybook, royal, bluegrass, player SB, mvp, BHB, Heritage and BetPCI in this disgusting schilling campaigns of yours.

2. Dodging legitimate issues. If you want to stay competitive in the market, DO address the legitimate ISSUES, like the ones Super Whimp posted in this thread.

3. Schilling is a bad thing, you might get BUSTED. Schill...

If you want to behave professionally, you need to start understanding that the only legitimate way to get an edge against your competitors is offering a better product, not bashing them. It's way too low, and it might get you a couple enemies.
