Any reason for the sudden re-evaluating of the book? I know you have been very cautious with this book in the past. Were they just due to be looked at again and now they graded out higher now? Also if there is anything you can share here for the players that went into your decision it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well it's an upgrade back to neutral. I have been communicating with them for 6 months or so. I looked hard for recent complaints. Invited complaints on SBR and didn't get any.

You know this is an operation run out of Asia and England and maybe Costa Rica (I can't remember). The Asia part is worrisome because that is where the accounting is done.

The upgrade reflects there is a lack of evidence that anyone is being slow paid now or has been for quite some time.

You say you invited complaints at SBR, where? On your forum? No offense but why didn't you post it here and across the street where there is much more traffic. Might have gotten more feedback.

As far as the accounting in Asia part is "worrisome", why is that? Just the locale that makes you concerned? And lastly you say there has been no slow pays in quite some time, how much time are we talking? I know there was once LOTS of complaints about slowpays here, to be fair I haven't heard any recent one's either. Just wondered how long of no slow pays is a guide for you to go by for upgrades.

Thanks for the information Buzz, when a book gets upgraded on your site and shows up as an advertiser I always get more inquiries myself so like to know as much as possible. Appreciate anything more you can tell us.

Pat,
Have you ever mailed something to Malaysia either by mail or Fed Ex? There are longer custom delays, 14th world banks

I think you might of confused SBR for another site. And if you or the Rx are considering them I would be very CAREFUL if you ask me. (Make sure the check from Malaysia clears the bank first

)

As far as SBR vs posting on the forum. All I can tell you is SBR holds its own. Its a magnet for player comments. I understand you only have first hand knowledge from one bias perspective

. But like you, I love both places, both good resources for players.

I cannot believe buzz would ever answer a question again from an rx employee.

They are just one shot after another...

Buzz - no I have never mailed anything to Malaysia, makes sense though. On Easybets was just curious if the fact they started advertising across the street is what prompts you to evaluate them again for an upgrade or they were due for one anyway. I know they don't advertise with your site, you don't take money from sportbooks. Wasn't sure if your policy is to look at all books that sign on at the bigger sites automatically. Also it's nice to hear about any new information that may be available about a book.

As far as your site I have always liked it, still go by almost once a day to look things over. You know I am a big fan.

Cecil,
Did you know they are welcoming onling gamers in Cagayan de Oro? I know you metioned once that might be a good area to operate. I'm gonna stop by and have a look. BTW, thanks for your advice on those Manila taxi drivers, I took it. I don't scare easy but something seems wrong when you have to help the taxi driver push-start his cab.

Pat,
I was VERY surprized to see them at MW. EB's had been pressing SBR to justify the rating. Remote and unstable regions of Asia are flat out brutal and expensive to mail from. IF EB is following this thread I would sure like to be enlightened on why they have the strutcure they have.

I thought that part of the "new me" image that EasyBets is trying to portray included a transfer of their banking from Asia to England ?

Hi Guys,

Let me firstly start by saying that I have been in contact with SBR for quite some time in regards to our listing on their website. I would just like to clear up a few things with regards to the location of our company and our new casino.

As stated previously in order for us to be able to concentrate better on the US market, in October of last year we opened our new office here in Birmingham, United Kingdom. All payments are sent from our office here in Birmingham and we hope that this has totally combated any delays previously experienced by our clients. We have also had a change of policy in regards to some of our trading decisions and have invited many of the customers who had previously been limited back to bet with us. I will also point out that I don't believe there have been any payment complaints in regards to our website within the last year.

We have joined forces with casinowebcam.com in order to offer our clients the opportunity to enjoy the live casino experience via the internet and this has gone down really well with some great feedback.

If you guys would like to answer any questions please feel free to ask and I will address them here.

Thanks

Alan

Just one more points guys. The reason for our need of an office in Asia is due to the fact that we have a huge base of clients from Asia.
