Credit cards are the safest.

Initially, some may think this statement is incorrect, since people can obtain your CC number and make charges on your account.

However, you should realize that (at least in Canada) you ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any fraudulent charges that you have not approved. If you notify the CC company of this, you will not be on the hook for the charges.

Granted, it might be a pain in the ass and a bit of a hassle to rectify the situation, but it will get fixed.

On the other hand, if someone somehow gets your Neteller number/password/secure ID and takes money from your account, I suspect that you'll be SOL.

Good point on CC's but still prefer Neteller for my "on-line banking". BTW the law is the same in the US, if the charges were made fraudulantly you are not responsible. And yes it is a pain in the ass to get it rectified, someone got hold of my wife's CC# once....

Yes, definitely Halifax is correct about CC, but Books have many paperwork for CC when you want to deposit know, they are asking for picture ID, copies of CC, etc.... So after all if you take care of you neteller password you are safe and its really easy to send the money...
