A 29 year old North American tourist ”fell off “ from the 4th floor at the Del Rey last night. Police officers are investigating if he was thrown or if he just commit suicide.

Do you really think he committed suicide?

Well, we are talking about a batisignal in C.R, so probably they were out of power at the time. And batman was probably getting busy at one of the Del Rey's rooms.
