Do I get to use Sammy's "special" bat???
I would say given 50 pitches maybe 5% of the posters under 40 could do it. Its not so much that its terribly difficult to do with good BP, just that the pressure would be on and likely they would be trying to hit it far too hard and missing pretty badly. The guys that can do it have natural swings and just like in golf let the shift in weight and good mechanics do the work, not brute force.
Wouldn't hurt if it was in Wrigley on a windy day or Coors Field during a really hot day either!

IF I COULD HAVE A WEEK TO PRACTICE AGAIN I FEEL I COULD WHACK ONE OUT OF FENWAY AS LONG AS JIM BURKETT WAS PITCHING
