One of the things that always bothered me as a poster was it seemed the sites would fight over the same few posters but there is another 10 million people in the world no one worries about, LOL. This falls under a shameless plug perhaps but it's not only good for the Rx, it's good for all the sites and all the off-shore books as well. And yes good for the players, we need to prime the pump and bring in some fresh meat as much as anyone else.
Suggestions? Simple, just speak up and let people know we are here when the opportunity arises. I gambled or was involved in it in some capacity my whole life but didn't know this was here until a few years ago. Someone mentioned it offhand to me at a sports board I used to visit. I am still amazed that when I talk to someone and tell others they don't know anything about us either. My last trip to Vegas I spoke with an older man at a poker table and brought up this site (before I worked here) and he still writes me to this day about it though he doesn't post yet, just reads. LOL. You'd be surprised how many people love football and would love a place like this if they knew about it. If everyone here just mentioned it to people at the other boards they visit (within that site's rules) you'd be amazed. I am not speaking of competitors but talking about other sport boards, on-line communities or places you go in real life as well. If your favorite team is the Falcons and you post on the board mention this board if they will let you. I post at some boards and every now and then throw out something related to gambling and always get a couple of interested parties, tell them about us. Some bigger places don't care at all. If you hit the horse track mention it to the guys when you are in line at the ATM machine. They get you for drunk driving mention us while you are waiting to dry out. Anyway just something to think about. Everyone here benefits the more people we have visit, no need to be afraid to let others know.
Also on that note I wam going to force Ken to make a batch of Prescription hats for our loyal readers. Nothing advertises better than a hat and they are great conversation starters.
