Stupid question for neteller users??

When you make a deposit to a sportsbook do you also notify them to let them know the neteller transfer is on it's way or do they get that info from your log in info and your neteller account number that accompanys the transfer? Go ahead and flame my ass if this question seems stupid to you.

Some books have automatic NT deposits.

The others seem to check for new deposits every few minutes (they probably get an email from NT).

If it takes more than a few minutes I usually call them up & ask them to accept it.

If the deposit doesn't hit within about 5-10 minutes I give a call. Norml CS response is "the neteller screen doesn't automatically update, let me rephresh it now". Whatever that means.

At some books without instantaneous deposits, you can call and ask them to expedite it if need be - I've done that before with betaustralia and Canbet in rush hour (at least before they moved to the UK) ...

Books get an email letting them know of your transaction. But I don’t think that is a reliable option, it all depends on how many emails they have sitting on their Inbox and the time they get to your Neteller deposit email.

They also check Neteller every few minutes, but they have to refresh screen to see what comes in. I think you are better of calling them, that way you ensure yourself that they will take care of you immediately.
