In school I was supplied with a grading scale, so I would know if I scored a 90% or better on a test I would recieve a grade of "A"

what scale is used to give sportsbooks a grade?

Is there a scale?

Is it more of a feeling?

Does a sportsbook get a grade of "A" because the person giving the grade "feels" like the book deserves an "A"? Is the grader using a curve?

The best book gets an A+ second best gets an A- ?

If I say that Book xyz has a financial grade of A+ what am I basing it on? a phone call to the bank? word on the street? Audit by Arthur Anderson?

Has anyone ever heard of Oprahs book club? She recommends books based on her feelings... maybe she can look into the offshore world and give us her opinions on what books are solid.

buddy. It many things but the most important is longevity and a history of NO SLOW or NO pays. great CS is always a PLUS also. If the CS rep is there for you when you need him says alot also.

BUT the main thing is personal experiences and how good the books "rep" is among other gamblers. The posters here have a great feeling on which books are the best and would get a grade A

There is a list of all sportsbooks floating around here somewhere. Maybe General can post a link to it for you.
