Please apologize to Patricia if I was a little rude to her today. Just frustrating when have been trying to process a withdrawl for over a week, even have the transaction numbers from the site and have called, and they find no record of it.
You should have the request on your desk when you get in for $1,096.

Sir, I have scoured the system in search of what you are claiming. Unfortunately I must say all week long I have been paying winning customers without a trace of a request for your account.

We would never permit a payout request to sit idle for a week. Can you please forward the emails you have sent in regards to this payout? By coming here to the forum without contacting me directly I would take it that you have a weeks amount of unanswered emails, a weeks amount of names of clerks you have spoken to or a transaction number for the request from our Transaction page, that have all gone unaswered. Not our MO.

I think 100% of our customers at this same forum will tell you that we resolve for everyone on the spot. It is unfair and harmful to state something of this nature. This may be one big misunderstanding but we assure you and everyone in this forum that if a customer contacts us via phone or email they do not wait a week to get something resolved.
