Small Complaint With Pinnacle

I know I'm probably going to catch a shitload of grief for critcizing them, but this is my complaint:

I'm fully aware that they don't like phone calls and that's ok. They don't give the reduced juice over the phone and I try my best not to call them to place a bet.

Today I call them and I wanted the 2nd half wnba game line. Nope, you can only get those off the webpage. Come on, you can't click a button right next to baseball and give me the line.

Nope, she refused to do so. I think that is garbage, how hard was it to do that for me?

It's my fault for actually not being by a computer at that time and for not having funds at pregame, 5 dimes or olympic.

Just a small complaint.

i just don't see why it couldn't be done. it's not like i wanted a soccer line or a prop or something obscure.

I agree with my board buds here..
A) It is annoying and it really is the only downside with pinnacle.
B)You should not be flamed for voicing your frustration, but should be flamed to a crisp for betting the 2nd half of a beaverball game

No chance- Well said. I'm glad you criticzed Pinnacle because you're 100% correct. They are a solid book, no question but they're also very overrated. They expect you to have your computer strapped to your back at all times. I keep a small account there because of the reduced juice but they are an average book.

You can't bet certain things on the phone but you won't know that until you call up because they won't post it in their rules what they will and won't take on the phone and they change that list whenever they feel like it any way. Their teaser odds suck and they offer very few props because you might actually beat them on a few.

Solid joint but not as good an out as everyone thinks they are. And you're right no chance, they don't like phone calls.
