An on-line casino is stiffing me

Advice Needed:

I signed up with an on-line casino one night while drinking some beer. I had a trip to Las Vegas coming up and I wanted to play some blackjack. I forgot to read their terms and conditions about bonuses.

I signed up with a $100 deposit and the casino automatically matched that with a $100 bonus.I played for 5 hours or so while drinking beer. I somehow turned this into about $480!

Now they won't pay, ever. I am not eligable to cash out. Their rules indicate that players playing blackjack, roulette, craps, baccaratte and video poker are never eligable to cash out unless they also roll their deposit and bonus over 20x before any withdrawals on other games ( slots).

I could play blackjack there for ten years and I could never cash out. I told them to keep the bonus, no problem, just send the rest. They refused. I think their rules are crazy.

For the math guys- I don't believe their is any logical reason why they can't revoke the bonus and send me the rest. By getting a bonus and starting with $200 instead of $100 does that give me any advantage over the house that they need to protect themselves from? I think not. Remember, I don't want to cash out the bonus, I think in fairness they should deduct it and send the rest.

Is their some way to pressure an on-line casino to do the right thing as we do here with sportsbooks? Some forum like this for casinos I could try?

Their policy is in the rules, so I may have to play slots, but I really would like input on how crazy their policy is. I think its a $^%&ing joke.

Talk about chicken ^&*# casinos. They are afraid to take bets on anything but slots. These jokers are prime examples of why regulation not silly oulawing attempts are needed for on-line gaming. I mean imagine a real casino crying over $280 worth of BJ winnings and REFUSING to pay BECAUSE THEIR RULES DON'T ALLOW IT!!!

yes, its no misunderstanding.

www.clubdicecasino.com

read their bonus terms and conditions. I can NEVER cash out unless I play my deposit and bonus 20x on a game that is not excluded ( BJ, craps, video poker, baccaratte, roulette)

their software automatically credits the bonus so I argued that its unfair to deny a payout over a bonus I don't want and did'nt ask for.

They said I should have told them before playing I don't want a bonus. I fail to see why it matters when I told them. Revoke the bonus, pay the rest. They will not do that.

Mr. Smith, talk to them again and ask them if they are aware of who TheRx is. If not, kindly explain to them what this site is all about and that they are ruining their reputation over this, and that if they dont think that you're serious, just go to the website and read for themselves.

I understand the need for a rollover requirement, but under their rules, I can never cash out if I just want to play blackjack. this after telling them to keep the bonus.

God help us these offshore places will be the death of us all.

they are willing to send the post-up money back. ( $100)

I don't like the idea of forfeiting $277 in blackjack winnings because these guys refuse to pay winners.

First off I must say that when playing with bonuses at any on-line casino always read the general terms and conditions and the bonus rules and conditions.

Yes, it is a sorry affair that the on-line casinos bury these gaming restrictions and wagering requirements in the fine print, but they will always use these rules as an excuse to not have to pay a legitimate win.

Having said all of this Mr. Smith try the following link to Casinomeister, Bryan Bailey, and fill out his Pitch a Bitch. He may be able to help you.
http://www.casinomeister.com/problems.html
or try Julie Sidwell at Gambling Grumbles
http://www.gambling.com/grumbles/front/

I must say though from reading your post that they will not be able to help you very much, it seems pretty clear cut that you did not play by their "rules".

My advice is that you still have to meet the wagering requirements. The site states that you only need to wager 12 times the bonus since you have presumably already wagered your deposit the 6 times to receive the $100 bonus, Therfor you only need to wager $1200 to cash out. My advice is to flat bet $2 on a non-restricted game (maybe a low denomination video poker). See terms at the following link.

One final note: STOP GAMBLING WHILE DRUNK!!

20x sounds like a BS requirement, but if they state it up front, you gotta go for it.

I would say play it out though. 20 X $200 (deposit and bonus) is $4,000. Play 400 hands at $10 a hand then cash out. It actually shouldn't take more than an hour or so. I would recommend getting a quality blackjack book an dlearning basic strategy first though. I fyou do... then your expected loss will be about 0.3% of $4,000 or $13 or so... much better than losing $377.

Mr. Smith after examining your situation, a quick analysis would dicate you play Casino War.

The house edge is slightly under 3%. If you wager $4000 in action, your expected loss is just under $120.

Good Luck !

They've already agreed to refund his original deposit, best thing for him to do now is take his money and run instead of trying to salvage any winnings and they decide to make up some other lame rule as they go along.

What a bs post. Most casinos have strict requirements if you accept a bonus and if you don't follow suit they just say **** you.

Filing a complaint at the meister or with Julie won't do you any good at all: The casino was upfront with their requirements so you have no case at all.
