I have several friends spending the complete weekend there at the track, and I was offered great tickets as well........But, although I have a new interest in this "sport" (due to wagering on it!

)......I still cannot bring myself to spend an entire weekend at a race track watching such.....

Spoken like someone who has never been to a race week at Daytona. It's one giant party for days. You missed the boat - catch it next year.

Park's racing form has been awful since his accident. The last time he was on the pole he wrecked on the first lap. I don't believe the other drivers give him much respect so it is doubtful he will receive the help he needs to win.
It is Daytona so you never know, but I do not see any value in betting Park. Personally, I see the value of the Marlin play, but outside of that, I think the play in on a strong Chevy team- DEI, RCR or Hendricks.

I agree about Park no value. I have a better chance of winning with my 81 olds starting 43rd than he does on the pole

I agree completely on Park. I had him last time he sat on the pole and wrecked, one of my biggest bets of the year for him to just beat Green who was starting in the back. Its pretty bad when you can't make it through the first lap on the pole...
He hasn't hardly been staying on the lead lap all year, I would have to see him run a competitive race FIRST to ever bet on him again.

I like DEI here, but anybody could win this race. Its should be nothing like the busch race, the restrictor races in busch are not very competitive because it is very difficult to pass.
