I'm looking for a Payment source that let's me use Western Union for depositing into them.

It seems to me this will be a safer and more private method of charging up my online payment method...especially when I can use W.U. at the grocery store.

I've yet to use PPATM...but if thats what u were referring to ...yes

you use quick collect to send to online bill pay... then transfer from online bill pay to PPATM... PPATM reimburses your 3 dollar fee from online billpay.. seems like a hassle but really isn't

but after reading up on PPATM and Al..i wouldnt suggest leaving a balance on your card..

no but u pay the normal fee at the atm (1.50 here) on top of the 1.50 fee from PPATM

so 3 bucks or so to take cash out of the atm..not bad
