Anyone try the McGriddle sandwich at McD's ?

The ad says its a bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich but instead of a biscuit or english muffin, it's two pancakes, with a maple syrup taste inside.

Sounds awful to me, but maybe I'm wrong. I don't want to blow $2 to find out I don't like it though.

Any recommendations, positive or negative?

It would be a big help because I need to get some breakfast in me.

Steak Egg and Cheese bagel is the best. The one you described should be named the heart attack cake, jesus. Remember when they used to have the breakfeast burritos? Those were the best.

the only thing i stop for is the $1.00 double cheese burger. great when you've had a couple beers and only have a dollar in your pocket.

I have no idea what McDonalds is doing..

They come out with some new shit EVERY other week it seems like, then if you ever get around to wanting to try it, its gone.

I like the McRib, but its hit and miss if they ever have it when i go there. Pisses me off and leaves me less likely to go to the place.

Bottom line, if you have a White Castle or Krystal burger nearby, you would be just stupid to go to Mcdonalds instead.

Any self respecting White Castle lover would NEVER buy that crap they pawn off that the grocery store as legitimate frozen white castles.

Those things should be required to call it something else, cause its nothing near the real thing.

Same with Krystals, their frozen burgers are a joke. Found some unexpectantly in a super K-Mart frozen section once, regretted buying them..

White Castle's are good just make sure you don't have anything productive planned for the next day. Seems alot of time is spent on the toilet reading the sports section the day after

The whole company is a dogshit operation. You go into a McDonalds and there's 8 people in line and they've got 1 register open and that person can't even speak English. Yet there's 5 managers standing around with clipboards looking at all the people in line. McDonalds used to be a good joint. Ray Kroc must be rolling over in his grave when he sees what's happened to his company.

I agree..I hate bad commercials with a passion. Did you notice that Carlton from the fresh prince is the guy watering the lawn?? Man, he must be struggling.
