Please explain to me the significance of a 20% bonus. I am in the dark. I have never considered bonuses anything that i needed. I make a deposit, I never ask for a bonus. I have had books put it in my account a week late and I never missed it.

What is it about bonuses that appeal to you? You seem to be the man with a plan on this issue. Please help me understand the importance.

If i send 1000, I get 200. Most players are losers, so is the bonus just an extension to give the player more chances to win. And since i have been known to withdrawal less than 30 days after i deposit, then the bonus if normally forefitted anyhow.

Since i am in the market to watch for bonuses offered to our posters, I need to learn some things. Who better to teach me than you ol' buddy.

$1000 post up and 20% bonus =$1200

$1200 on mets at + 110 = $2,520

$2520 on the A's even money = $5,040

$5040 on yanks -200 = $7,560

General,

No bonus

$1000 on the mets at +110 =$2,100

$2100 on the A's at even money = $4200

$4200 on the yanks at -200 = $6300

Bonus has made $1260 extra and rolled over $8,760 and can cash my chips and enjoy the day.

None of these sportsbooks have a 30 day rule.

General:

You should by now know the answer to your question.

If a legit book offers a bonus, why the hell not take it with open arms ? Why not include it as part of the "total package" that they are offering you ?

And another thing, I have no doubt that a fair chunk of posters here are net winners - between line shopping, value betting, scalping/middling, astute handicapping (or piggybacking astute handicappers), and generous bonuses.

Quite frankly, I find it hard to understand, given all of the above factors, how anyone with discipline and money management skills can be a net loser.
