while on the phone with one of sbt customer service agents i was told that they charge neteller withdrawl fees of 4% of the amount being withdrawn. i told them so does that mean you charge 100$ fee on 2500 withdrawl and they said yes. they do offer one free one a month. which is nice. but i dont think i have ever been charged that much for neteller withdrawl. Am i wrong?

Seems a bit on the high side. I would not pay a dollar for 2400.

They obviously do this because they don't have the money to keep a large neteller balance and try to steer people away from withdrawing this way. Not a good sign.

I was paid 2500 by SBT via neteller recently with no problems or fees. Took about 15 minutes.

sbt- just wondering what the reason for such high fees when the marketplace doesnt seem to warrant it.

The fee should be a direct reflection of the actual cost, LESS any portion the book attributes to overhead and marketing.

Please clarify the neteller policy for us as there seems to be a conflict as to how the above 2 were treated.

Wish you luck as a new sportsbook.

A year ago when I played at betus, they also charged 4% for neteller fees. THere was no free monthly withdrawal. It's not a big deal if you are someone who only deposit a couple of bucks. But if you have a couple of dimes, those fees will kill you. Even if they give you a bonus, it's not worth it. I know inmy case my bonus went to cover my neteller fees.

I'd rather play at a book that charges more vig, then charges excessive withdrawal fees. I like knowing that what I win is truly mine, and I'm not going to have to give a chunk of it back when I leave.

Our policy with Neteller is the following..
There are no fees on money being deposited for 100 dollars or more..
There are no fees for withdrawals..
If the customer withdraws all the money in their account, there is a 15 dollar fee..

All these changes will appear on the SBT website shortly..

SBT:

You might want to re-modify the wording. If you charge $15 ONLY if the customer withdraws all his money, you will have some people withdrawing all but a buck or two, and claiming that there should be no fee for this.

You might as well reword it now, because you will have to reword it eventually.

that is great news.

even 1 free neteller wd every 10-15 days would be great. of course, there are books that give you unlimited wd's with neteller.

i love the trivia haven't gotten any wrong yet, it would be even better if you had a 10cent line with trivia, that would be awesome

either way, very pleased so far with this book

In my opinion, the standard Neteller withdrawal fees should be 1 free withdrawal per month, and $15 per withdrawal after that.

If you don't offer at least this, you're not competitive.

Just checked out the site. Interesting. Just a couple questions about the tricia question thing:
1) How long does the player have to answer the trivia question?
2) Is the potential free half point available on and off the 3 or 7 in football?

Thanks.

Alternate option is that you should be able to withdrawl your winnings (excess over original deposit) for free at any time.

Just a thought.

Excellent question, D2. Assuming unlimited time, or at least a reasonable amount of time, I'd wager most of those questions could be looked up using www.google.com, if you phrase the search query properly. Naturally, I personally would never do that (lol)!

Bet the answer to your second question is 'no'.

D2 - You have 15 seconds to answer the questions, not enough time to look up the answer but rarely would you need to. I would say i have missed less than 5% of the questions. Most are no-brainers.
