I've been an advocate of 'PrePaid ATM' but haven't used them in a good while -- since I have not been able to use my PayPal CC to deposit into them.

I have since signed-up & recieved NETeller's ATM card despite their HIGH FEES...

Use a book that accepts e-gold, or Moneybookers (you can refund a Moneybookers account to e-gold, thought the fees are a little steep. There are several debit cards available from different providers that can be funded by e-gold, and virtually every market maker for them will write you checks or money orders off of it for little or no fee.

Low fees, no ID, no verification, no bullshit. Can't figure out why books can't figure it out.

I'm thinking about getting the NETeller card as well. It would give me another suicide ATM option.

I was assured in their live chat that I couldn't withdraw to it as long as I had debit card deposits that needed refunding but that I wouldn't have to pay the $7.50 per month if I didn't fund the card. So that is a wash if true.

They also told me I can withdraw up to $1000 a pop per day at any CIRRUS ATM machine.

If these things are true, I'm going to pay the $15 and get it. If not, forget it. Can you confirm these claims?
