I know this topic has been on here plenty of times before but I wanted some input

I have the sportsnow pager, is there anything better?

all i really care about is quick updates. sportsnow updates every 1-3 minutes normally

I've had the espn one and it is slower than sportsnow, but it tells you who's batting normally.

thanks for the input

go to e bay and get one from the guy in florida, about $95 and no fees ever! works great for scores,if you're looking for updated lines it sucks,i have had mine for about 4 years with no problems

it says its a motorola adviser elite, information provided it says by datacastnews.com,you dont have to bid on e bay, just send the guy an e mail and he will send you one as soon as he gets your check

95 dollars a year? and that includes the original cost of the pager?

or do you pay for the pager then pay yearly service fee?

You pay the guy in Florida one time.

No annual fees.

Well first of all, sportsbooks will give you one for free. But I can beat that $95 price myself. I will sell one for $80 delivered. That same guy from ebay used to sell them for $80, not sure why the price increase. My pagers update every 1-3 minutes and they show you number of outs, where players are on base and the pitcher at the moment!

Really cool!

But really alot of books will give you a free pager. I got one from olympic last year, it was a sportsnow pager and is pretty cool.

YOU NEVER need to pay a monthly service again!

I bought one from the guy in Florida off ebay. The fukking thing works great. I paid him $75 and havent had a problem once. I like it much better than the cell phone because you can set alerts by sport.

Well if the cell phone uses minutes to access the web then it is a real bad idea! I love my sports pager, I use it every night when i am out to dinner or at a sporting event!

Best thing that has ever happened to my gambling career was my sports pager and i too have internet access on my cell phone, but it sucks compared to the pager
