A New Island For Sports Betting ?

Hi all, I was hoping for some feedback because I'm seriously considering this investment. This website claims there is an island in North America just off the coast of U.S. & Canada where land casino & sports call center will be built, as well as Internet operations launching next month. Anybody know much about this offering? Ever heard anything about it? It's at http://www.InvestorsInternational.com

Aaron, I know for a fact there is no shortage of casinos in the geographical area these guys are promotng. I don't see the value. Additionally, if there was any value here, TRUMP would have already bought the island

hmm, thanks much for your input. I was hoping for more opinions, but today I received the documents. I have contacted 2 law firms out of 5 named in the documents. Everything does appear to be in order and the 2 lawyers I talked with said yes it is in fact an international zone, but nobody even realized it until just recently. I think I'm in since they have a 25 year lease on the land already in force, and as for Mr. Trump, had he known about this I think he would have jumped in, but few did. Stewart Land Title is the company that has already issued title insurance for the island and it is named outside of US & Canada here too. 5 gaming sites out of Costa Rica are already moving to the island, and the island will issue licenses to gaming companies as well. Well, I'll post again and let ya all know how the investment went and again, thanks for the replies. It's also noted that the island is duty-free, so things like fuel, cigs, etc. will also be sold here. The land casino & OTB will adjoin a bingo hall and a ferry is already there to move cars, 150 at a time. This is real,your opinions always count, but I can't pass. It's got too much potential. * I HOPE!
