I already had a certified my banking account with Neteller. I go into Neteller to do a Instacash Deposit and find out that they now want me to certify again????
It already says I'm certified on the front page!!
Anyone else have this problem? They recently emailed me saying my limits have been raised and i can make unlimited withdrawals per day (under my limit)using instacash. What does everyone think about this?
