calculating bets (problems, sportsbook)

Hello,

I think i am being ripped off by a sportsbook (wont name them). Can some of you guys help me calculate the following:

Starting Balance: $2500 USD

According to my calculations i should have $7275, but they say i have $5834.

So they owe me $1441.

So who is right? i added the amount place and amount won and it adds to $7275?

Ofcourse i have before but not in this streak of 7 games where i started with 2500$, but does that play a part or?

adding what you have there, i come up with $5834 as well. what are you seeing that i am not?

The book is right. Just add up the win amounts and add that to your $2,500 deposit. You will end up with $5,834.

i counted 3334 in wins...plus your 2500 ..that makes 5834. I don't know where u r getting that extra 1400 or so from.

you are adding the amount for wagers placed and you shouldnt be because that is already included in the starting balance.

basically you are counting your starting balance money more than once i think.

ok i am from australia and use centrebet i guess its a different system to U.S books.

For example with centrebet we calculate the amount placed and the winnings.

See if you have calculated it i have placed 1441$ more then the $2500 balance, where does the $1441 disappear?

The $1441 is basically from winnings on the other wagers which i use to place on new games, so i guess it just dissappears?
