Can Anyone Make Sense of this Account Info??

Casino: $501.00

Available: $502.61

That is the strangest thing. This sportsbook claims to be one of the largest in the world and is on the front page. Yeah yeah, I won't mention the book...but tell me that this is not the oddest set of figures that you have ever seen.

If you asked me in a week or a year, the difference between "available" and "balance" would not be obvious to me.

Am I a wetbrain or is this a joke??

When I go to look at the baseball lines, here is what I see on the screen, LMAO

Pending: $99.00

Available: $502.61

The $99 at least adds to $502 to give you $601, but I assure you that I have NO $99 plays pending..ROTF

I said "Come on, you are one of the biggest books in the world..certainly I can find out my balance."

Puts me on hold for 10 minutes, LOL

It looks like this to me:
Sports Book Balance: 601.61
of which ....
600.00 is in pending action
leaving you with
$1.61 in the sports book.

In the Casino, you have 501.00

Your total available isL:
1.61 + 501.00 = 502.61

There is an old convention which many old-school thinkers use:
Your "balance" is you REAL BALANCE + PENDING.
This fake "balance" was often called the "figure".
So, if you deposit $1000 and make an even money bet for $200, you "balance" is still $1000 (with 200 of it in pending action). I prefer to say that your balance is $800 (plus you have 200 in action).

Not only that, but I just signed up YESTERDAY and have only made TWO bets!! LMAO

I have been on the phone with them and exchanging emails for over TWO HOURS this morning

The CS Manager told me that he would email me this morning with account status. He now says that it is out of his hands..this is such a joke.

CS Manager told me 15 minutes ago that he would send me an email simply stating that my deposit was received....no email and now when I talk to him he says that won't be necessary at all.

LOL, this is (trust me) one of the LARGER sportsbook companies in the WORLD!! ROTF!!

My Guess is:

The Store shows 2 Different Balances;

1. for the Book, where you have 600 pending
- ( Futures, or un grade game), of which -600 has been taken out and an amount hasn't been credited back to your s/b account or you have a pending credit for a deposit, less fees + some kinda of bonus ??

Very confusing stuff.

2. In the Casino, you have another balance:
500 Balance & 500 and change available to play there.

CS MANAGER says that there is no reason to put anything in writing, even though I have expressed to him multiple times that it is important to me that I have a written record. It is particularly important since the website is relating inaccurate information.

The CS MANAGER not only refuses to email me, but he is aware of this thread and refuses to simply clear the matter up here that the deposit has in fact been received.

It is amazing that a CS MANAGER will argue for an hour about whether or not it is necessary to confirm the receipt of a deposit in writing.

Is all that he has to do is put things in writing

He says that he sent the email twice. I asked him if he would cc a friend and he said "NO" Of course not, god forbid it should be my word (plus someone else's) against his word.

Again, the CS MANAGER is aware of the situation and refuses to post in this thread to clarify the matter.

General...where are you?? lOL

I finally spoke to a gentleman who became willing to send a fax confirming the status of the account.

Given that various emails were sent but not received, I consider the fax to be a practical solution.

As for what I have to do on a Sunday, I am certainly not concerned about someone ELSE's sportsbook account as you appear to be.
