A personal experience I recently had with them.. recently had a problem with the casino with them, well basically it was my fault. I Had never used their software before and I had a $5 hand of blackjack where I drew an 18 and I accidentally hit double down button. They refunded me the $10, but said they normally wouldnt do that. BUT, they did. Not saying you can try to scheme them or something. I eventually lost my small $23 balance in the casino (WAR), but they understood I would have never doubled down on an 18 in Blackjack and refunded it, since I was new. Their customer service seemed on top of things when I called. That was very nice of them to refund me back the $10 nad a lot of places wouldn't have done that.....rr

Other than a more stable site I wish they would offer one or two free payouts per month, or at least cap their neteller fees. As it is right now it's $20 for the first $2500 and $40 a piece after that if you want more than one a day.
