I have received a letter from BML Sports stating that they have solved all matters that have been brought up against them @ The Rx.com. BML states there were 2 occasions of complaints against them this year & both instances these matters were handled and they were helpful and precise to clear every situation.

What is your opinion on this?

Thanks

They are a stiff joint. They claim they have only had 2 incidents in the last year, how do we know that there weren't more that we never heard about. They just seem a little to shady for me!!!!!!!!!!!

general, if they made good on "everyones" complaints so far then put them on the slow pay list not the no pay list but we should monitor this book very carefully.

They must be joking. What about out actuary friend from Hungry. The one they claim cheated by beting on horse races after the races were completed. that was an ouright lie. And unless I missed an update, they never paid out the $8,000+ that they owed. Another friend of mine who played there a few months back rquested a payout of $800. After a few weeks of getting the runaround, he realized he would never see the money again. So just for kics, he wagered it on a three team parlay and lost.

These guys are absolute liars and thieves and people should avoid them like the plague.

I suggested in the McIrish thread that books should be made to pay 10x the actual requested payout before they are allowed off this so called, yet to see, "avoid" list.

I liked his thought that once a book makes this future list, they will never be deleted.

Just my $0.02 on how they "may" be deleted.

Of course the problem has to be factual. If a books responce is not forthcoming to a mod after 48 hours, a further 48 hours is provided (notified my phone + e-mail) to add a zero to the payout (at the end that is

). They are added to list at this time.

Then 72 hours allowed to elapse for actual payout, and deletion from the list. If the book wishes its name to be carved on a headstone in the 'ol Rx cemetary, they simply keep the players money.

Sorry to ramble, but I feel for guys getting slow paid/stiffed. It's tough enough to win.

With all these sharp cats in here, it is doable.

Would the Rx ever consider letting BML Sports advertise here?

At the very least they deserve to be on the slow pay list as they have slow paid players for more than the past year.

And BTW General just so I was clear, in my opinion they are exactly where they need to be - the avoid list. Too many good books around here to even consider sending anyone to books like these.

Just my 02 cents.

they have 9 strikes against them already and these are not called strikes or foul balls, these are hardcore strikes.

Strike one. They got hacked into big time and emails were sent out by the hackers to the BML database. The personal info including creditcard numbers were posted on the internet.

Strike two. To rectify the hacking incident BML sends an email telling people not to worry about it.

Strike three. payouts are limited to $1000 per week.

Strike four. players were banned and their monies taken after BML determines that these players are "too risky"

Strike five. it took weeks to clear up strike four (I'm not even sure it was cleared up)

Strike six. a Player waits to get a payout, when he doesn't get it and inquires about it, the player gets the run around big time.

Strike seven. Who knows if the player from strike six would have ever gotten paid if he wouldn't have requested help from this site.

Strike eight. didn't these guys steal awards or site membership banners and put them on their website to make themselves look more legit?

Strike nine. anytime someone mentions BML on any posting forum, everyone says "why did you sign up with those crooks?" and the reply is always, "I had no idea they were bad"

what will the next problem be?

slow payout.
no payout.
hackers.
canceled bets.
changed bets.
bounced checks.
closed down for not having a license or permit.

it could be anything with these guys.

sure they have "taken care" of two players that complained here, what do they want? a cookie?
