Tech crews have been working around the clock to bring our first class service back online. I will personally send e-mails to all customers with a major announcement when our service is back 100%. Thanks for letting the players know!

p.s. Why don't all books do this when they realize that they are going to be down for more than a couple hours? It's really not asking much, and would save everyone involved on both sides a lot of frustration.
